Real estate, a land plot, a motorboat, and foreign currency savings were declared by Alla Malytska, the CEO of the Kherson City Clinical Hospital named after E.E. Karabelesh, who was first fired and then reinstated.

The Center for Public Investigations learned about this from Malytska's annual declaration.

According to the document, the doctor owns a 71.7-square-meter residential building in the village of Velyka Kardashynka, Skadovsk district, Kherson region. She also owns 33% of an apartment in Kherson (42.3 square meters), and her husband and daughter jointly own 33% and 34% of this housing, respectively. The declarant is also the owner of a land plot (923 square meters) in Velyka Kardashyntsi and a garage. Among the declared vehicles are a 2020 Subaru XV and a small motorboat Anrida owned by Alla and Volodymyr Malytskyi. Malytska's husband also purchased a 2011 Toyota HIGHLANDER in 2024 for allegedly 350 thousand UAH.

The main source of income for the CEO is her salary at the Karabelesh Kherson City Clinical Hospital. Last year, she received UAH 594,545, as well as UAH 156,373 for her part-time job at the same institution.

Malytska's husband, Volodymyr Malytskyi, received UAH 68,587 in fees and payments from the LLC "EULIFE GROUP".

Alla Malytska also received additional payments:

Malytska has savings in both hryvnia and foreign currency. She keeps her funds in PrivatBank, where she has UAH 251,025, USD 5,871, and EUR 5,044 on her accounts.

She also declared cash savings that are jointly owned with her husband:

Alla Malytska was returned to the post of CEO of the Karabelesh Hospital in Kherson after a wave of public outrage.

Earlier, the head of the hospital, Roman Mrochko, said that he would not extend her contract and appointed a new head, Dmytro Domansky. At the same time, the hospital's medical staff actually blocked the introduction of the new head, after which the staff appealed to the President of Ukraine to intervene in the situation.

Meanwhile, the head of the Municipal Guard of the Kherson City Council, Serhiy Andreev, has neither his own nor rented housing, but indicated a salary of UAH 34 million that he earned last year.
