Air Defense Forces Destroy 7 Shahed Drones Over Mykolaiv Region

On the night of February 25, air defense forces destroyed seven Shahed 131/136 attack drones over Mykolaiv region.

This is stated in the report of the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military District Vitaliy Kim.

According to the official, during the day on February 24, Russian troops attacked the Kutsurubska community in Mykolaiv district with FPV drones four times. One of the drones hit a power line in the village of Dmytrivka, causing power outages. Electricians quickly repaired the damage and the power supply has been restored. There were no casualties among the local population.

On the same day, Russian occupants attacked the waters of the Ochakiv community three times with FPV drones. According to preliminary reports, there were no damages or casualties.

On the night of February 24, air defense forces destroyed six enemy Shahed 131/136 UAVs, preventing potential damage.

On February 23, Russian troops attacked the Kutsurub community four times. A strike on the village of Dmytrivka damaged a private house and a car. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

A day earlier, on February 22, the enemy attacked Kutsurubska community in Mykolaiv district with FPV drones twice, without causing any casualties. At 10:35 a.m. on the same day, the Halytsynivka community came under fire from an FPV drone, damaging three residential buildings, but causing no casualties.

The air defense forces shot down four more Shahed 131/136 drones, and a similar attack took place on the night of February 21, when four enemy drones were also destroyed.

On February 20, at about 17:05, the enemy attacked the Bashtanka district, probably with an S-300/S-400 missile. As a result of the blast wave and the fall of debris on a household plot, windows and doors of several houses were damaged.

The attack on February 16, when Russian troops massively shelled Mykolaiv, caused the greatest destruction. Critical infrastructure, five multi-storey buildings, four shops, a catering facility and office premises were damaged.
