This was reported by the Crimean Tatar Resource Center.

Galina Ogneva, head of the occupation administration in Alushta, stated that starting July 27, city residents who have been without power for an extended period will allegedly be eligible for compensation payments. To organize this process, the occupation-controlled company “Krymenergo” submitted a list of customers who have been without electricity for more than two days to Russian-controlled authorities. This data was sent to the so-called “Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea,” as well as to departments of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Yevpatoria and Saki were also left completely without power. The Russian-controlled mayor of Yevpatoria,Vitaly Oganesyan, noted that the villages of Mirne, Zaozernoye, and Novoozernoye were also without power. It is known that the lack of electricity has caused water supply problems. Water is being supplied at minimal pressure.

Earlier, it was reported that the occupying authorities in Crimea are issuing residents a one-time compensation payment of 15,000 rubles for prolonged power and water outages, but only on the condition that they register for military service. Local residents report that when applying for the payment, men are required to provide a stamp in their passport confirming their registration for military service at a Russian military registration office. Women with medical qualifications are also being forced to do the same. The Russian administration has not officially announced these requirements.
