A contractor for repairs for 93 million in the port of Chornomorsk was selected without an auction

The Black Sea branch of the state enterprise Sea Ports Authority has conducted a procurement to select a company that will be paid to reconstruct a part of the road and a truck storage facility.

The announcement was published in the Prozoro electronic procurement system.

The procurement was conducted in the format of open bidding with special features and the only participant was Paritetbudinvest Limited Liability Company. If the deal is concluded, the company expects to pay UAH 93 million 273.8 thousand.

According to the YouControl service, Paritetbudinvest LLC was registered in 2019 in Chornomorsk. The owners are Artem Sobolev from Vinnytsia region and Arkadiy Ilyashchuk from Chornomorsk.

In 2020, the publication USI, citing the website "Posipaky," named the latter as an assistant to Valentyn Gapunich, a deputy of the Odesa City Council from the party "Trust the Deeds."

In April, the company also won a 12-million-dollar tender from the Road Department of the Odesa City Council for the maintenance of the city's municipal road network without an auction. The pavement area to be repaired is 5,000 square meters: 2,000 on Razumovska Street and 3,000 on Khutorska Street, including the roadway and sidewalk from Agronomichna Street to Shakhtynsky Lane and the roadway at the intersection with Tsegelna Street.

Also in early April, the municipal enterprise "City Roads" held two auctions to select contractors to be paid for the maintenance of the street and road network in Kyivskyi and Khadzhybeyskyi districts of Odesa. In Kyiv district, limited liability companies Paritetbudinvest Construction Firm and DSK Avtoshlyakh competed for the right to maintain 131 kilometers of roads. Paritetbudinvest was chosen as the winner. The company agreed to work for UAH 6 million 580.8 thousand.
