The Kherson region plans to turn an administrative building into a family medicine outpatient clinic for more than 135 million hryvnias. The reconstruction is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.

This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro public procurement system.

The Kherson region plans to reconstruct the building of the Vysokopil village council, which will be transformed into a modern outpatient clinic for general family medicine.

The Department of Territorial Development of the Kherson Regional State Administration has already announced a tender for the project. The expected purchase price is UAH 135.22 million. The procurement is carried out under the open bidding procedure with special conditions, and is financed under the Ukraine Facility program.

According to the terms, the contractor will be able to receive an advance payment of up to 30% of the annual volume of work for the purchase of materials. The rest of the funds will be paid after the completion and commissioning of the facility. The reconstruction is scheduled to be completed on December 25, 2026.

Bids can be submitted until August 26, 2025, and the auction will be held on August 27. The customer requires a bank guarantee from the participants in the amount of UAH 676.1 thousand, which is 0.5% of the purchase price.

The project envisages the complete re-equipment of the administrative complex into a medical facility, which should provide the community residents with affordable and high-quality primary health care.

In June, the company that had previously disrupted the construction of an outpatient clinic in Davydovyi Brod was awarded the contract by the Kherson Regional State Administration again. It is a reconstruction of a medical facility destroyed by shelling, which the contractor failed to complete on time. Back in March 2024, it was announced that the construction of an outpatient clinic in Davydovyi Brod would begin. New Heat Technologies LLC was appointed as the contractor and was supposed to complete the work by the end of 2024. However, they did not fulfill their obligations, and the construction was not completed on time.
