Vladimir Saldo is a collaborator and corrupt official
Vladimir Saldo is a Ukrainian politician who served as mayor of Kherson and a deputy of the Kherson City Council until 2022. Following the Russian occupation of Kherson region, he became a pro-Russian collaborator. Saldo and his supporters are accused of looting property, including grain and other assets of farmers in the region. His activities and legal proceedings regarding corruption and cooperation with the occupation authorities are subjects of public scrutiny and journalistic investigation.
