Judges in Mykolaiv Oblast have declared old VAZ cars and luxury SUVs

Electric cars, luxury SUVs, and entire collections of motorcycles—the asset declarations of Mykolaiv’s court presidents revealed a rather diverse fleet of vehicles. At the same time, some court leaders did not list a single vehicle, either owned by them or used by their families.
The Center for Public Investigations, together with Intent, analyzed the financial reports of the heads and acting heads of 24 local courts in the region—25 declarations for 2025.
Among the court heads, Galina Dalmatova declared the largest fleet of vehicles. Her family owns six vehicles, all of which are registered to her husband, Dmytro. Compared to last year, the number of vehicles has not changed. The list includes a 2013 Toyota Camry, purchased for 110,000 hryvnias, a 2006 Mercedes-Benz Viano, several motorcycles—a Yamaha XJR 1300, a Honda XRV 750, and a Loncin—as well as specialized equipment.
Vyacheslav Kokorev took second place in terms of the number of vehicles. His family declared four vehicles. A notable feature of the fleet is the presence of two electric cars—a 2013 Nissan Leaf and a 2016 Chevrolet Bolt EV. In addition, the declaration lists a 1982 Toyota Town Ace and a VAZ 2109.
Oleg Vuiiv’s family also owns four vehicles. Over the past year, their fleet has doubled—from two to four vehicles. The most expensive of these is a 2022 Tesla Model Y electric vehicle, valued at over 1.26 million hryvnias. Additionally, the judge’s wife owns a 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan.
Inna Gukova, Olena Repushevska, and Nataliia Vasylchenko-Dryga each declared three vehicles. In particular, the latter’s family owns a 2025 Volkswagen Touareg worth over 3.3 million hryvnias, an Audi Q5, and a Suzuki Grand Vitara.
However, the most expensive car among all court presidents belongs to Serhiy Shcherbina. It is a 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport, purchased for 4.6 million hryvnias. It is the purchase of this SUV that explains the significant increase in the family’s income in the previous year—before buying the new car, several vehicles were sold for a similar amount. In addition, the judge uses a Volkswagen ID.4 electric car, which is not owned by him.
At the same time, four court heads— Natalia Haponenko, Lyudmyla Orlenko, acting head of the Vradiyiv District Court Fedir Sokol, and Valeriya Barankevych —did not declare any vehicles, either personally or through their family members.
Among the heads of courts in the Mykolaiv region, there are both those who own nearly 400 square meters of residential property and judges who have not declared any apartments or houses of their own.
