Five deputies of Mykolaiv City Council have not declared any housing.

This is stated in the material of the Center for Public Investigations.

The journalists analyzed the declarations of Mykolaiv City Council members for 2024 and found out interesting details. Despite the fact that most of the deputies own real estate, sometimes dozens of apartments or houses, five deputies do not officially have any housing.

They include Yelyzaveta Trischanovych, Tetiana Kravchuk, Oleksandr Rozumnyi, Yevhen Pavlovych , and Hanna Nord. Kravchuk noted that she lives with her husband in a house that presumably belongs to his father, Petro Kravchuk. Nord, in turn, uses a relative's house in Ukraine and rents an apartment in Germany.

Other MPs demonstrate an impressive scale of property. For example, the wife of MP Dmytro Ivanov is a real record holder: 25 properties with a total area of more than 2,700 square meters, including 24 apartments purchased in 2023 for UAH 18.6 million.

Serhiy Kantor is also among the largest homeowners among MPs. He owns two houses in Mykolaiv with a total area of 822.7 square meters: one (729 square meters) was acquired in 2010, and the other (93.7 square meters) in 2019. His wife Natalia Kantor declared two more apartments in Mykolaiv with a total area of 274 square meters. In total, the Kantors have 1097 square meters of living space.

Vladyslav Chaika also has a significant amount of housing, having owned a 666.2-square-meter house in Mykolaiv since 2012 and a share in an apartment in the same city since 2014. His partner, Iryna Bergman, has owned a 172.6-square-meter apartment since 2004 and half of another apartment since 2017. Together, the couple owns 917 square meters of real estate.

Mykola Kapatsyna is not far behind, having declared over 700 square meters. His property includes a 231.7-square-meter house in Odesa (since 2014), a 161.8-square-meter apartment in Mykolaiv (since 2019), and another 84.6-square-meter house in Mykolaiv (since 2020). The MP's wife, Anastasiia Kapatsyna, owns two apartments in Kyiv - 45.5 square meters (since 2010) and 114 square meters (since 2022). Kapatsyna's children also own shares in an Odesa apartment owned by a relative.
