The Ukrainian Defense Forces conducted a series of strikes on the occupiers' military facilities in the temporarily occupied territories. In particular, the strikes hit the area of the missile division in Crimea and the UAV control center in Mykolaiv region.

This was reported by the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

On February 23, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck at key military facilities of the Russian occupation forces in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The largest strike was on the area of the missile division of the 15th Separate Coastal Missile Brigade of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in the occupied Crimea, armed with Bastion coastal missile systems. The enemy's losses are being clarified, but numerous targets were hit.

In addition, as part of a systematic effort to reduce the combat capabilities of the aggressor state, the Ukrainian military struck at the occupiers' logistics facilities and ammunition depots. An ammunition depot of the "South" group was destroyed near Nyzhnya Krynka in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region. In Velyka Novosilka in the same region, a logistics depot of Russian troops was hit.

In the temporarily occupied territory of Mykolaiv region near Pokrovka, Ukrainian units hit a drone control center of an enemy airborne assault regiment. The final enemy losses and the extent of the damage are currently being clarified.

In early February, the Ukrainian Armed Forces hit a radar station in occupied Crimea. A Russian 55Zh6U "Nebo-U" radar station was severely damaged near Yevpatoriya after a strike by the Ukrainian Defense Forces. According to intelligence reports, the station is missing a part of the antenna and the rotary mechanism has been damaged, which has effectively turned the radar into an "exhibit".

The radar reportedly costs about $100 million. It is a three-dimensional transient long-range radar surveillance system capable of operating at 13 frequencies in the VHF range. The system can separate and detect targets at an altitude of up to 75 km, making it one of the key links in air defense and airspace control.
