Zelenskyy signed sanctions against an institution in Feodosia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy enacted a decision by the National Security and Defense Council to impose sanctions against the Russian joint-stock company “Research Institute of Aeroelastic Systems,” located in occupied Feodosia.

Zelenskyy signed the corresponding decree No. 899/2026 on September 13. The sanctions were imposed on a legal entity registered in the Russian Federation. The document states that the company is located at 85 Garnaeva Street in the temporarily occupied city of Feodosia.

A number of restrictions have been imposed on the company, including the freezing of assets, a complete halt to commercial operations, a complete halt to the transit of resources, flights, and transportation through Ukrainian territory, as well as a ban on participation in the privatization and leasing of state property.

The sanctions also provide for the revocation or suspension of licenses and other permits, a ban on public and defense procurement, a complete ban on foreign vessels and military ships entering Ukraine’s territorial waters and ports, and a ban on the transfer of technology and intellectual property rights.

In addition, the decree prohibits increases in authorized capital, terminates trade agreements, joint projects, and industrial programs in certain sectors, cancels official visits and negotiations, and prohibits the acquisition of land parcels.

The decree takes effect on the day of its publication. Some of the sanctions are imposed indefinitely, while others are in effect for a period of ten years.

Earlier, the president imposed sanctions against 15 collaborators from the occupied Kherson region.
