Two residents of the Kherson region, who held senior positions in the occupation authorities in the region, have been served with suspicion notices.

The report says that under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, two residents of the region were served in absentia with a notice of suspicion of collaboration (Part 5 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, in September 2022, the 73-year-old suspect took up the position of the so-called "head of the Dmitrovsky territorial administration of the Kakhovka municipal district". In particular, he participated in meetings of the illegal specialized "ministry" on preparations for the autumn-winter period, and performed other organizational and administrative functions.

The pre-trial investigation is conducted by the SBU Office in Kherson region.
