Around Odrex Medical House, whose doctors are accused of negligence that could have led to the death of a patient, new testimonies from affected clients or their relatives appear on social media several times a week.

Accenture has launched a series of videos on the topic.

Doctors and legal experts comment on the case, some take the side of the doctors, some recall their own or other people's negative stories of treatment at the clinic, and there are even thoughts of an attempted "raider seizure."

Recently, the Kyiv Court of Appeal has reduced the house arrest for doctor Vitaliy Rusakov, who is suspected of negligence during the treatment of Odesa businessman Adnan Kivan, which led to the patient's death.

Earlier, lawyers of Odesa doctors who were tried for alleged medical malpractice after the death of cancer patient Adnan Kivan, claimed that law enforcement officers were attempting to take over the hospital.

However, the hospital's medical director, Dmytro Havrychenko, insists that all the accusations are unfair.

"We work according to international protocols and standards, we offer our patients to consult other clinics as well. A doctor, like every citizen, has the right to justice, but we don't see it now," he said.

The businessman died on October 28, 2024, at the age of 61 as a result of a long-lasting cancer. Almost a year later, on October 25, 2025, two doctors at the private Odrex hospital were notified of suspicion of improper performance of their professional duties in connection with his death. According to the police, investigators have gathered sufficient evidence to confirm the causal link between the improper actions of medical professionals and the patient's death.
