The occupiers dropped four KAB bombs on Kherson and fired ballistic missiles at Kyiv

<span><span><span><span><span><span>At noon on July 31, the occupiers dropped four guided aerial bombs (GABs) on downtown Kherson, and on the night of July 31–August 1, they fired ballistic missiles at Kyiv. </span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>The guided aerial bomb strikes in Kherson hit an educational institution and 11 residential buildings. People were trapped under the rubble. Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported that five people were wounded. In total, over the past 24 hours, one person was killed and 24 were wounded—including one child—as a result of Russian attacks in the Kherson region.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span><span><span><span><span><span>In Kyiv, nine people were killed and another 28 were injuredincludingfour children—as a result of a ballistic missile strike. Fires and damage were reported in five districts of the capital.</span></span></span></span></span></span>

<span>Over the past day, the enemy shelled the Mykolaiv region with strike UAVs </span>and FPV drones. Private homes and a warehouse were damaged. There were no casualties. 

In the Poltava region, a warehouse caught fire as a result of a Russian attack. No reports of fatalities or injuries have been received.

The day before, Russian forces damaged five high-rise buildings and eight private homes in the Kherson region. The occupiers also destroyed an administrative building, a store, a gas pipeline, and private vehicles. Four people were killed, and five others were wounded. Russian terrorist forces primarily used FPV drones, reconnaissance UAVs (including the “Mavic” and “ZALA” models), mine-laying drones, and strike UAVs such as the “Molniya” and “Lancet.” There was also a threat from long-range “Shahed”-type kamikaze drones and airstrikes (guided aerial bombs).
