The National Bank of Ukraine has once again failed to sell an integral property complex located in Odesa at 34, 19th kilometer of Starokyivska Road, with a total area of 25,659.9 square meters.

This was reported in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The new auction scheduled for April 23 failed due to the lack of bidders, as well as the one scheduled for March 10 with a starting price of UAH 96 million 492.8 thousand. The previous auction, scheduled for February 17, also failed due to the lack of bidders. This year's first auction was scheduled for January 23, but there were no bidders either.

Last year's last auction, scheduled for December 30, failed due to the lack of bidders, as did all the previous ones. The integral property complex is represented by a group of non-residential buildings and structures for warehousing and administrative purposes, located approximately 16 kilometers from the center of Odesa, in the Kulindorivskyi industrial hub zone in the Peresypskyi district of the city, at a distance of 0.5 km from Starokyivska Road (a section of the M-14 international highway Odesa-Melitopol-Novoazovsk). The sale is based on the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine on the alienation and in accordance with the rules of ProZorro.Sale, an electronic trading system for conducting electronic auctions for the sale or lease of property.

The announcement for the previous auction stated that the lot was being put up for the first time at an English auction with a starting price of UAH 96 million 482.8 thousand, but on June 30, 2025, this lot was put up for sale with a starting price of UAH 92 million 655.4 thousand. The auction did not take place due to the lack of bidders.

The National Bank tried to sell this complex on June 5, but the auction failed due to the lack of bidders. Before that, the National Bank failed to sell this property complex again on May 7 with a starting price of UAH 92 million 655.4 thousand. In the announcement, the organizers also indicated that this was the first time the lot was being put up for auction, but the National Bank had tried to sell the property twice before. The second auction was scheduled for February 14, but there were no bidders. The previous auction, which was scheduled for December 5, 2024, did not take place due to the lack of bidders.
