The MBA allocated 95 million hryvnias to "Kherson Parks"

Yaroslav Shanko, head of the Kherson City Administration, issued an order amending the funding plan for the Department of Municipal Services for the current year. The largest allocation is earmarked for the municipal enterprise “Parks of Kherson.”

This is stated in the order.

The total amount of financial supportfor the “Kherson Parks”municipal enterprise under the updated plan is 94,892,000 hryvnias.

The bulk of the funds will go toward employee salaries —65,814,000 hryvnias—as well as related payroll taxes—14,147,000 hryvnias.

In addition, the enterprise has been allocated funds for water supply and sewerage—77,485 hryvnias—and for the purchase of work clothing—124,250 hryvnias.

A separate line item in the plan provides for the repayment of a court-ordered debt in the amount of 104,483 hryvnias. Of this amount, 27,095 hryvnias represent unpaid wages, 72,388 hryvnias represent average earnings for the period of delayed payment upon termination, and 5,000 hryvnias represent legal fees.

In addition to “Kherson Parks,” the changes also affected other municipal enterprises. The municipalenterprise “Khersonmiskosvitlo” will receive financial support in the amount of 9,791,000 hryvnias—funds earmarked for testing equipment, purchasing materials to repair outdoor lighting networks, and conducting technical inspections of elevators and vehicle tires.

The municipal enterprise “Garantia” was allocated 5,751,000 hryvnias, including 91,389 hryvnias for the repair of electrical networks on the grounds of the animal shelter.

In total, the plan provides for 130,163,000 hryvnias, and together with other expenditures, the total amounts to 131,083,000 hryvnias.

KP “Kherson Parks”is a municipal enterprise of the Kherson City Council, founded in August 2016. The enterprise’s primary activity is the provision of landscaping services.

Since its founding, the enterprise has been ledby Serhiy Bilokovilenko, who was then a member of the Kherson City Council. As of May 2026, “Kherson Parks” is ledby Viktor Tsiktor.

The majority of the utility’s funds are allocated to maintaining the operational readiness of equipment and vehicles, without which it would be impossible to clean the city, remove waste, maintain green spaces, and perform other municipal services.
