Several people have been seriously injured following a ballistic attack on Mykolaiv

The Russians struck Mykolaiv with a ballistic missile and drones. Three men were injured, two of whom are in serious condition; the port and residential buildings were damaged.

This was reported by Georgy Reshetilov, acting head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

On October 2, the enemy launched a massive attack on Mykolaiv. It used “Shahed”-type strike drones and an“Iskander-M” ballistic missile.

Three men, aged 21, 47, and 62, were injured in the attack.

As of this morning, two of them are in the hospital in serious condition. The third is receiving outpatient treatment and is not hospitalized.

The strike hit the port and civilian infrastructure. According to Georgy Reshetilov, the following were damaged:

According to the State Emergency Service, the fire at the auto service station covered an area of 100 square meters, while the fire at the hotel and restaurant complex covered 150 square meters. Firefighters quickly extinguished both fires.

Another fire broke out in one of the city’s districts. There, three garages caught fire, covering an area of 60 square meters.

In total, 38 firefighters and 10 units of specialized State Emergency Service equipment were deployed to extinguish the fires.

Intent previously reported that Mykolaiv had suffered a combined attack earlier in the day involving missile strikes and attack drones.
