In Odessa, the Russians hit a high-rise building

A high-rise residential building in Odesa was damaged as a result of a Russian attack. According to preliminary reports, three people were injured. 

This was reported by Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration. 

He noted that one apartment on the 12th floor was destroyed. The blast wave damaged the facade, windows, and balconies on several floors. A fire broke out. 

All emergency services are on the scene. Emergency response centers are being set up to assist those affected.

Nov. 16.As of this moment,four people are known to have been injured as a result of the enemy strike on a residential building in Odesa. Among them are a 56-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman, who were hospitalized, as well as two girls aged 17 and 18. Medical personnel provided on-site treatment. 

As previously reported by Intent, on the night of September 28, Russian troops launched strikes on a residential area in the south of the Odesa region. The attack damaged seven private homes and residents’ vehicles. Two people were injured—a 62-year-old man and a 63-year-old woman. The houses sustained damage to their facades, roofs, and windows. Medical personnel treated the injured on the scene; they did not require hospitalization.

Russian troops also struck an empty warehouse building overnight. The attack sparked a fire there, which rescue workers quickly extinguished. No one was injured in this strike.

On September 26, a residential building, a medical facility, a hotel, a store, and a grain warehouse were damaged in the Odesa region as a result of a Russian attack. One person was killed, and two others were injured.

In addition, on the night of September 26,Vilkove in the Odesa region was hit by enemy shelling. The strikes damaged residential buildings and cars, cut off electricity, and forced authorities to ration water.
