A seized land plot located in Prylymanske village council of Odesa district has been put up for sale.

The corresponding announcement was published in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The land in question is agricultural land with a total area of 3.86 hectares.

The starting sale price is UAH 5.4 million. The auction will be held according to the scheme of a three-round English auction, where participants will compete for the lot by raising bids during three rounds, each of which will last 3 minutes.

Bids will be accepted from March 13 to April 8, 2025, and the auction will take place on April 9, 2025 at 12:15. Under the terms of the auction, participants will first submit closed bids, and only the highest bidder will have the right of last resort in each round.

Intent has already written about how the Dobroslavsky Department of the State Enforcement Service in Odesa District of Odesa Region of the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice put up for sale the seized land plot for the second time.

Earlier, the National Bank of Ukraine failed to sell an integral property complex located at 34, 19th kilometer of Starokyivska Road in Odesa, with a total area of 25,659.9 square meters.

ARMA also put up for sale more than 136 tons of fertilizers from Russia, which are stored in the port of Izmail in Odesa region. The first auction failed, so the agency put the Russian fertilizers up for sale a second time for 3 million.
