The Dobroslav Department of the State Enforcement Service in Odesa District of Odesa Region of the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice has put up for sale the seized land plot for the second time.

The relevant announcement was published on Prozorro.Sale.

The land is located on the territory of the Fontanska community. This 4.5 hectares is intended for commercial agricultural production. The starting price of the lot is UAH 5 million 210.2 thousand.

The new auction is scheduled for April 11. The auction scheduled for March 4 did not take place.

It was supposed to be a pre-emptive auction. A pre-emptive auction has an additional fourth round and is applied where there is an existing tenant: for lease of state and municipal property, as well as for land auctions.

In the last round, the existing tenant has a pre-emptive right and can either agree or refuse to pay the highest or second highest price determined at the auction. Depending on its actions in the fourth round, the system announces the winner of the auction.

Krym-Ukroprodukt Limited Liability Company could have become a participant with a preemptive right, but it did not express such a desire.

Earlier, the National Bank of Ukraine failed for the second time to sell an integral property complex located at 34, 19th kilometer of Starokyivska Road in Odesa, with a total area of 25,659.9 square meters.

The National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) has declared the second auction for the sale of iron ore pellets stored in railway cars in the village of Stari Shompoly in Odesa region to be a failure. The auction was supposed to take place on January 10, with a halved starting price of UAH 12 million 965,300.

The entrepreneurs imported iron ore into Ukraine and planned to ship it by sea to third countries for sale.

However, they failed to sell the goods. Law enforcement officers found the raw materials at a railway station of the Odesa Railways and seized them during searches.
