The customer expects the contractor to complete all the basement refurbishment works by December 20 this year. Bidders can submit their proposals until November 11, and the winner will be selected on the same day.

According to the project, it is planned to level the concrete floor, carry out finishing and electrical work, install ventilation, bathrooms, and washbasins. It is also necessary to lay a sewer system and install two entrances. All works will be financed from the local budget.

The main works include replacing the windows. However, the windows were already replaced in the spring at the expense of a charitable foundation.
