According to the technical documentation, the building for 650 people will be equipped with a medical office, a cafeteria, water tanks, food warehouses and redundant life support systems. In addition, there will be facilities for children's education and recreation.

According to the YouControl service, Premiumstandardbud Construction Firm LLC was registered in 2019 in Kyiv. The owner is Andrii Hlazkov from Odesa.

It should be added that Dachnenka village council had previously signed a contract with the said company for the construction of a water supply system.
