The SBU exposed a resident of Kherson region who assisted Russian special services. He provided them with access to telecommunications infrastructure to monitor subscribers in the occupied territory.

This is stated in the suspicion of the Prosecutor General's Office.

According to the investigation, Mykhailo Isayev, a private entrepreneur and head of the City Net provider operating in the Kakhovka district, transferred the company's clients to the networks of a Russian telecommunications operator. He personally coordinated the redirection of Internet traffic, as well as the connection of subscribers, including Russian military personnel, to the channels of Russian operators.

The traitor received payment for his "services" both to his PrivatBank account and to an account in a Russian national commercial bank operating in the occupied territories.

Later, Isayev formally handed over the management of the company to his wife, who, according to the investigation, continued to implement the FSB assistance plan. She registered the provider in the Russian jurisdictional field, obtained a license, and agreed to install a system of operational and investigative measures (SORM) on the network.

This hardware and software system allows for the covert collection, storage, and processing of user data, including personal information, IP addresses, traffic history, and other information. Thus, the provider became a tool of Russian special services for surveillance of Ukrainian citizens in the occupied territory.

The SBU served the suspect a notice of suspicion under several articles, including assistance to the activities of the aggressor state and collaboration. Investigative actions are underway to identify all the accomplices in the scheme.

Also, in late March, law enforcement officers detained a collaborator who worked for the Russian invaders in a penal colony during the occupation of Kherson region. He tried to escape by hiding among the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was notified of suspicion of collaboration, which is punishable by up to 15 years in prison.

Meanwhile, the SBU has served a notice of suspicion to a Crimean "minister" responsible for integrating Russian propaganda into the culture of the peninsula. She was actively involved in creating propaganda programs and organizing events that glorified Russia's military aggression.
