Russian troops attacked the town of Artsyz in Odesa region at night, damaging critical infrastructure. There were no casualties, and law enforcement officials have launched an investigation into the incident.

This was reported by the press service of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office.

The Bolgrad District Prosecutor's Office has launched a pre-trial investigation into the commission of war crimes under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It concerns the night attack by Russian forces on the town of Artsyz on November 13.

During the shelling, attack drones damaged a critical infrastructure facility, an administrative building and repair shops. Fortunately, no one was injured in the attack.

Prosecutors and the police are working at the scene, and local law enforcement units are conducting pre-trial investigations and collecting evidence. According to the prosecutor's office, the enemy continues to try to attack civilian and strategically important objects, but the security forces manage to respond quickly to threats.

On the night of November 12, Russian troops attacked Odesa region again. In the Peresypskyi district of Odesa, a high-rise building under construction was damaged - a fire broke out on the upper floors, but the fire quickly went out on its own.

The day before, on November 11, the enemy had already launched attack drones in the region. The debris fell in several areas of the city and Odesa district, damaging the roof of a private house and a section of the road. There were no casualties.

On the same day, one of the drones that attacked the region crashed in Romania near the village of Grindu, five kilometers from the Ukrainian border. Romanian radars detected groups of drones near the country's airspace, and air defense forces were put on alert.

During a nighttime attack on November 11 in Odesa region, Russian drones injured a man and damaged a Ukrzaliznytsia depot. Despite the work of the air defense forces, the debris hit energy and transportation infrastructure, causing fires at several power facilities, which were later extinguished by rescuers. There was also damage to administrative buildings.
