Over the past 24 hours, Russians shelled more than 40 settlements in Kherson region, damaging homes, businesses and equipment. Two people were killed and eight others were injured.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.
During the day from July 11 to 12, 2025, Russian troops attacked at least 40 settlements in the Kherson region. Both frontline villages and the regional center came under enemy fire and drones.
In particular, the following settlements were hit: Beryslav, Bilozerka, Dudchany, Stanislav, Chervonyi Mayak, Shyroka Balka, Tyahynka, Olhivka and others. The shelling targeted residential areas - a multi-storey building, eight private houses, an agricultural enterprise, a warehouse, a garage, agricultural machinery and private cars were damaged.
The attacks killed two people and injured eight others.
On the morning of July 11, a drone attacked a local resident's car in Bilozerka. The 52-year-old man was hospitalized with an explosive injury, contusion and concussion. Russian troops also shelled a hospital in the same village - the body of a dead woman was found under the rubble.
A patient and two employees of the hospital were injured: a 40-year-old man was diagnosed with shrapnel wounds to his leg, a 47-year-old nurse was diagnosed with severe injuries to her legs, arm and head, and a 49-year-old driver was injured in the arm.
At 10:30 on the same day, Russian forces attacked Kherson with a drone. A 40-year-old man received shrapnel wounds to his leg and back and was hospitalized. Another man was killed - at about 11:00 a.m. in the Dniprovsky district, a drone dropped explosives on a cyclist, a 49-year-old local resident. He died on the spot.
A 56-year-old man was also injured in a drone attack on a combine harvester near Myrolyubivka. He suffered an explosive injury and a leg wound. On July 10-11, 2025, Russian troops shelled at least 37 settlements in the Kherson region. The attacks damaged at least six private houses, a mobile tower, and several civilian vehicles, and injured 14 civilians.
