Insolvency receiver Oleksandr Selezniov has put up for sale the property of the bankrupt private joint-stock company Odesa Oil and Fat Plant with a starting price of UAH 20 million.

The relevant information is available in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

As noted in the system, the property in question is pledged (mortgaged) by the limited liability company FC Sky.

This time, it is non-residential buildings and structures in Odesa at 132/1, 132/2, 132/3, 132/4 and 132/5 Mechnikova Street. The buildings are located on the land plot at 132 Mechnikova Street, which has been owned by the private enterprise Food Technologies and Agroprom-KR Limited Liability Company since 2016.

At the time of publication of the announcement, the liquidator has no access to the territory where the real estate objects are located. Issues related to access to the real estate, removal of obstacles to use, forced entry, eviction, etc. are to be resolved by the Buyer at its own expense.

In January, the auction for the sale of the property of the bankrupt private joint-stock company Odesa Oil and Fat Plant ended with the victory of Sanolta Korm, a limited liability company that offered UAH 75 million for the lot. The auction was held on January 19 with a starting price of UAH 72 million 813.8 thousand.

In 2016, the Commercial Court of Odesa Oblast initiated bankruptcy proceedings against Odesa Oil and Fat Plant, one of Ukraine's largest margarine producers.

Established in 1972, Odesa OFC was one of Ukraine's largest margarine producers at the time, and also produced mayonnaise and packaged sunflower oil under the Solnechna Dolina trademark.

The most expensive asset sold in the ProZorro. Sale system in 2023 was the property of the bankrupt Ilyichevsk Oil and Fat Plant in Odesa region, which was sold for almost UAH 700 million.
