The incident involving the military of the territorial center for recruitment and social support, civilians and emergency medical workers occurred in Odesa on October 4.

Eyewitnesses posted a video in which a girl jumped into a MCC bus, preventing it from closing the doors and moving off.

The RCC confirmed that the incident had occurred and reported that a joint alert group consisting of representatives of the RCC and JV and the National Police was conducting planned alert activities in the Kyiv district of Odesa. During the check of the documents of one of the citizens, it was established using the Oberig database that this person was wanted for violating the rules of military registration.

The citizen refused to comply with the lawful request of a National Police representative to go to the CCC and JV for further mobilization procedures and tried to escape, but was detained. However, the military could not go with the man because his companion did not allow the vehicle to move.

Later, according to the regional TCC, civilians and emergency medical workers joined the conflict, making it impossible to transport the man.

"They blocked the official vehicle, threatened and used physical pressure. As a result of these joint unlawful actions, the wanted offender left the official vehicle," the TCC said.

All the actions of the participants in the incident, according to the regional TCC, were recorded by the military on body cameras. However, the regional CCC did not provide any video.

Earlier in Odesa, a man stabbed a member of the CCC with a knife. The victim was hospitalized, and the incident was recorded on camera. When the man was asked to show his military registration papers, he pulled out a knife and stabbed the soldier, after which he fled the scene.
