The Peresypsk Department of the State Enforcement Service in Odesa of the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice has put up for sale a land plot located in the Prylymansk Village Council of Odesa District.

According to the Prozorro.Sale system, it is agricultural land with a total area of 3.86 hectares.

The starting sale price is UAH 5.4 million. The auction will be held according to the scheme of a three-round English auction, where participants will compete for the lot by raising bids during three rounds, each of which will last 3 minutes.

Bids will be accepted from April 17 to May 13, 2025, and the auction will take place on May 14, 2025 at 11:55 a.m. Under the terms of the auction, participants will first submit closed bids, and only the highest bidder will have the right of last resort in each round.

This is the second attempt to sell this land plot - in March, it was already put up for auction, but on April 8, the auction was canceled due to the lack of bidders.

Meanwhile, in early April, the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) managed to find a buyer for over 136 tons of fertilizers stored at the port of Izmail in Odesa Oblast for the third time.

These fertilizers were put up for sale twice in the format of a three-round English auction - on March 10, they were tried to be sold with a starting price of UAH 2 million 906 thousand, and on March 21, with a halved starting price of UAH 1 million 453.1 thousand. But both times, there were no bidders. Then the fertilizers were put up for a hybrid Dutch auction and sold to the only bidder for UAH 871,877.
