Odesa region failed to sell a former oil depot that quadrupled in price

The auction for the sale of a former oil depot in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district of Odesa region has once again failed due to the lack of bidders.

According to ProZorro.Sale, the starting price for the auction was set at UAH 11 million 22 thousand, which is more than four times the starting price of previous auctions of this lot that also failed.

In May, two former oil depots in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi and Rozdilnyanskyi districts were once again put up for sale in Odesa region with a total starting price of UAH 4 million 290 thousand.

In both cases,the seller is GrandBud-Invest Limited Liability Company. According to the YouControl service, GrandBud-Invest LLC was registered in May 2023 in the Zhytomyr region. The owner is Nadiia Ilchuk.

In 2024, the company already tried to sell these oil depots, but found no bidders.

In the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, it is a fenced complex of a former oil depot without tanks in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi on Portova Street. The municipally owned land plot with a total area of 2.5 hectares is proposed for the construction of large shops, supermarkets, construction warehouses, storage facilities, etc. A service station, a building materials store, and a port are located nearby. The starting price of this lot was UAH 2 million 680 thousand.

In 2023, they tried in vain to sell this oil depot with a starting price of UAH 3 million 460 thousand, but failed.

Meanwhile, the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) held an auction for the sale of the Nika Spirit vessel seized in Izmail, Odesa region. Four limited liability companies took part in the auction: "Alfa Group 77, Inter Metcom, Mettrans Service, and Good Group. The winner was Alfa Group 77 LLC. The company offered UAH 6,425,000.
