Odesa MP declares his daughter's Porsche and property in the UK

Oleh Etnarovych, a deputy of the Odesa City Council, indicated in his declaration for 2025 a Porsche Macan 2025 owned by his daughter.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the deputy's declaration published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

The daughter bought the car with money - 3.9 million hryvnias - that she received from Oleh Etnarovych as a gift. The daughter and her wife also traveled abroad and spent 170 thousand hryvnias on this trip.

Other vehicles in the MP's family include a 2016 Porsche Macan, a 2014 Renault Master cargo van, a 2007 Schmitz SKO24 trailer, a 2009 Scania R420 truck, another 2012 Schmitz SKO 24L trailer, and a <span>2017 Scania R450 truck owned by his wife.</span>

Real estate and valuables

The MP's family has no real estate:

• Svitlana Etnarovych' s 100-square-meter apartment in Odesa ( ); a 31.7-square-meter garden house in the village of Nove,
• A 604-square-meter plot of land in the same village.
• Svitlana Etnarovych's 295.5-square-meter apartment in Odesa.
• A land plot in Tairovo with an area of 1,100 square meters for Oleg Etnarovych.
• Two parking spaces of 13 square meters each.
• Non-residential premises in Odesa with an area of 956 square meters.
• In 2021, his wife received an office with an area of 73.4 square meters.
• In 2023, the MP became a co-owner of a store in Odesa with an area of 1,370 square meters. 50% of it belongs to the MP and, probably, to his relative Vitalii Etnarovych.
• In 2024, the MP acquired an apartment in the village of Limanka with an area of 61.4 square meters.

The declaration also lists valuable movable property of the MP - Ulysse Nardin Marine Breitling and OMEGA watches.

Assets.

The oldest asset is a share in the Credo-63 Rugby Club LLC, where he owns 25%. In 2009, he acquired 50% in the Academy of Sports LLC. In 2010, a third (33%) in Trigon-Plus LLC was added to the portfolio.

In 2016, the MP received 25% in the British company Vaso Spring Limited, and his wife became a co-owner of the Ukrainian company Eco Management Group, where she owns 23%. In 2019, Oleh Etnarovych became the owner of 87% of Flanker LLC. The most recent entry into the business is Academy of Esports LLC, where he received 80% in 2020.

Income

The MP declared more than UAH 9.3 million of income from business in the year under review, and additionally received UAH 130.6 thousand of salary from the Academy of Sports LLC. Royalties for the use of trademarks from several companies: Vitol LLC, Vitol Logistics, Vitol Technology, and Avtozhenova. In total, these payments amount to tens of thousands of hryvnias and directly correlate with the declared intangible assets. Insurance payment from PrJSC IC Arx in the amount of almost UAH 900 thousand. In addition, the MP received UAH 1.2 million from the alienation of movable property.

His wife earned UAH 6.3 million from her business. In addition, she receives funds from renting out property - a total of several tens of thousands of hryvnias.

The bulk of the family's savings is concentrated in cash - in foreign currency. The MP declared 350 thousand hryvnias in cash, as well as 250 thousand euros and 180 thousand US dollars.

The MP's bank savings range from several hundred to several thousand hryvnias or foreign currency. He also has an account in the Czech bank Česká spořitelna, but the balance there is only 642 euros. Oleh Etnarovych also declared several loans to third parties in US dollars: 14 thousand, 25 thousand, and 2.2 thousand dollars to different persons, respectively. Another 35 thousand dollars was lent by his wife. Svitlana Etnarovych keeps 22 thousand 476 hryvnias, 119 thousand euros, and 18 thousand US dollars in banks.
