Serhiy Parashchenko, a member of the Odesa Regional Council, declared dividends he received in late 2024 and early 2025 totaling UAH 3 million 139.7 thousand.
Three of the MPs' declarations were published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, according to the Center for Public Investigations.
The MP received the money from the Druzhba Narodiv agricultural production cooperative, which was registered in 2000. Serhiy Parashchenko is one of the final beneficiaries of this enterprise. Apart from him, the final beneficiaries of the cooperative are also deputies of the Odesa City Council Petro Obukhov and Oleksii Potapskyi.
One of the declarations also states that Serhii Parashchenko received UAH 288,118 in salary from the farm "Burgudzhi Agrofirm", founded in 2022. The MP heads this company and is also its owner.
This is Serhiy Parashchenko, the younger son of the first deputy head of the Odesa State Administration, also Serhiy Parashchenko.
Serhiy Volodymyrovych Parashchenko was the acting head of the Odesa Regional State Administration from April 10 to June 11, 2019. Chairman of the Odesa Regional Council of the VII convocation from August 21, 2019 to December 4, 2020.
In October 2024, Odesa Regional Council deputy Serhii Parashchenko Sr. also received dividends from an agricultural firm, and his son Serhii Parashchenko Jr. who is also a deputy, recently mentioned in his 2021 declaration a house and land, the sale of combines and loans.
In September 2024, Parashchenko Sr. transferred UAH 363,452 to the private enterprise Agrofirma Tashlyk. The beneficiary of Tashlyk is Parashchenko senior.
In October 2024, Parashchenko junior updated his declaration for 2021.
In the "real estate objects" section, he indicated a residential building of more than 250 square meters with a land plot of 12.5 acres in the village of Vynohradivka, Bolhradskyi district. He received all this for free from his mother.
It should be noted that Serhiy Parashchenko Sr. has been included in the ranking of the richest deputies of the regional council from the CPR twice. Both times he was among the top five landowners.
