The Dobroslav Department of the State Enforcement Service in Odesa District, Odesa Region, has put up for auction 4.5 hectares on the territory of the Fontanska community intended for commercial agricultural production.

The relevant information was published in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The starting price of the lot is currently UAH 4 million 428.7 thousand. This is the third attempt and the starting price has been reduced. At the second and first auctions, it amounted to UAH 5 million 210.2 thousand.

The auction will be held as a three-round English auction, where participants will compete for the lot by raising bids during three rounds, each of which will last 3 minutes.

Also, the Peresypskyi Department of the State Enforcement Service in Odesa of the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice has put up for sale a land plot located in the Prylymanske Village Council of Odesa District. The starting price of the sale is UAH 5.4 million.

Meanwhile, in early April, the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) managed to find a buyer for over 136 tons of fertilizers stored at the port of Izmail in Odesa region for the third time.

These fertilizers were put up for sale twice in the format of a three-round English auction - on March 10, they were tried to be sold with a starting price of UAH 2 million 906 thousand, and on March 21, with a halved starting price of UAH 1 million 453.1 thousand. But both times, there were no bidders. Then the fertilizers were put up for a hybrid Dutch auction and sold to the only bidder for UAH 871,877.
