Occupants drop explosives on ambulance in Kherson

In Kherson, on the evening of October 21, an ambulance again became a "target" of the Russian occupation army.

This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

It is noted that the enemy dropped an explosive device from a UAV on an ambulance crew that arrived at a call to a patient in the Dniprovsky district. Two employees were injured. They are men, 44 and 47 years old. They had blast injuries and contusions, as well as shrapnel wounds to their legs. The victims were taken to a hospital for medical care.

Also, around four in the morning, the occupiers attacked Antonivka in the Kherson community with a drone.

The post says that a 74-year-old local resident was hit by the Russian occupiers and sustained an explosive injury, shrapnel wounds to her leg and torso. The victim was taken to a medical facility. Doctors assess her condition as moderate.

In addition, at about eight o'clock in the evening, the Russian military attacked a civilian with a drone in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson. At the time of the attack, the 48-year-old man was on the street. He sustained an explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to his thigh. The victim was hospitalized for medical care.

According to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin, Kherson, Antonivka, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Komyshany, Inzhenerne, Dniprovske came under hostile fire and air strikes in Kherson region over the past day, Inhulets, Chornobaivka, Poniativka, Kizomys, Bilozerka, Stanislav, Mykilske, Beryslav, Chervonyi Mayak, Novovorontsovka, Kachkarivka, Respublika, Novokaira, Novoberislav, Tomaryne, Shlyakhove and Zolota Balka.

During the shelling of the region, the occupiers hit critical infrastructure and administrative buildings; residential areas of the region's settlements, including 12 private houses. The occupiers also damaged garages, outbuildings, a gas pipeline, a water pipeline, private cars, a bus, an ambulance, and agricultural machinery. Nine civilians were injured as a result of Russian aggression.

Air defense forces destroyed one Shahed-131/136 attack drone over the territory of our region.
