National Bank re-launches warehouses near Odesa for sale for almost 100 million

The National Bank of Ukraine has put up for auction an integral property complex located at 34, 19th kilometer of Starokyivska Road in Odesa, with a total area of 25,659.9 square meters.

The relevant announcement was published in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The integral property complex is represented by a group of non-residential buildings and structures for warehouse and administrative purposes, located approximately 16 kilometers from the center of Odesa, in the Kulindorivskyi industrial hub zone in the Peresypskyi district of the city, at a distance of 0.5 km from Starokyivska road (section of the international highway M-14 "Odesa - Melitopol - Novoazovsk"). The lot does not include movable property that ensures the operation of the cold storage facilities. The sale is based on the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine on the alienation and in accordance with the rules of ProZorro.Sale electronic trading system for conducting electronic auctions for the sale or lease of property.

All costs associated with the conclusion and notarization of the property sale and purchase agreement shall be borne by the winner of the electronic auction. The auction is scheduled to take place on December 5 with a starting price of UAH 92 million 655.4 thousand.

This is not the first attempt to sell this property. The auction scheduled for December 5 did not take place due to the absence of bidders. In February, the Enforcement Division of the State Enforcement Service Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine put it up for sale through the OpenMarket electronic auction.
