A municipal enterprise in Mykolaiv has decided to purchase 350,000 liters of fuel. It is planned to spend more than UAH 10 million from the budget.

This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro electronic public procurement system.

The customer is Mykolaivoblteploenergo, a municipal utility company. It is planned to purchase diesel fuel (Euro 5) and oil and distillates (09134200-9 Diesel fuel).

The deadline for submitting bids is December 4. The expected value of the purchase is UAH 10 million 9 thousand.

The goods are to be delivered by the transport of the selected contractor. In case the contractor is located outside the city, the company is ready to make a pickup. The diesel fuel should be delivered within two business days. Payment for the goods will be made within three business days after the parties sign the invoice.

In case of delivery of substandard goods, the customer can file a claim and have samples of petroleum products analyzed in a laboratory. In addition, if the contractor fails to deliver the goods in a quality manner, he must pay a penalty of 5% of the value of the declared batch for each day of violation of this obligation. And for failure to fulfill delivery obligations for more than seven calendar days, an additional fine of 20% of the contract amount is levied (in addition to the penalty).

Mykolaivoblteploenergo also planned to reconstruct a boiler house for more than UAH 200 million. Part of the funds were provided by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The project aims to improve energy efficiency, reliability and safety of heat supply, as well as reduce the environmental impact of the boiler house.

In addition, Denmark, a permanent international partner of the region, has provided more than UAH 35 million for the purchase of mobile boiler houses. These boilers will ensure the stability of heat supply in case of emergencies.

In addition, Mykolaivoblteploenergo plans to install 34 solar power plants on the roofs of the central heating stations. This will provide an additional source of clean energy for the needs of local infrastructure. The estimated budget of the project is over UAH 47 million.
