Mykolaiv Executive Committee to consider redistribution of over UAH 1.9 million, support for national resistance and dismantling of buildings
On June 10, the executive committee of Mykolaiv City Council will hold a regular meeting with 48 issues on the agenda, the press service of the city council reports. The key topics include the redistribution of budget funds, financing of national resistance measures, changes in the healthcare sector, housing issues, and the dismantling of temporary structures.
One of the main financial decisions will be the redistribution of funds in the education system. According to the draft decision, UAH 864.5 thousand is planned to be allocated from general secondary education institutions to preschool education institutions. The funds are intended to provide nutrition for children.
Changes are also proposed in the field of social protection. Almost UAH 890 thousand is planned to be redistributed from the program "Other measures in the field of social protection and social security" to the program of providing benefits to certain categories of citizens in accordance with the law. The total amount of such reallocation is UAH 889.79 thousand.
Another reallocation is related to the transfer of the Municipal Maternity Hospital No. 3 to the joint ownership of the territorial communities of Mykolaiv Oblast. In this regard, UAH 181.5 thousand is proposed to be redirected from Maternity Hospital No. 3 to City Hospital No. 3.
In addition to budgetary issues, the executive committee is to consider approving the list of recipients and the amount of contributions to the authorized capital of municipal enterprises to support national resistance measures of local importance in 2026.
A significant block of the agenda is devoted to urban planning and improvement. Officials plan to consider the dismantling of facilities on illegally occupied land plots, as well as the demolition of several temporary structures in different parts of the city. These are the facilities on Tsentralnyi Avenue, Odesa Highway, Pogranichna and Mlynna streets.
Separately, the executive committee members will consider the issues of apartment registration, housing provision, dormitories, support for internally displaced persons, as well as a number of issues related to the protection of children's rights and guardianship. In total, more than 20 draft decisions have been submitted on these topics.
