In Mykolaiv, employees of the state defense enterprise Zorya-Mashproekt have been left without their full salaries again. This refers to payments for February, which were supposed to be received in early March.

This is reported by MikVisti, citing an employee of the company who said on condition of anonymity that as of March 18, the salary for February has not yet been paid.

According to him, the payment was supposed to be made on March 5, but the employees did not receive the money. At the same time, the advance payment for February was paid only partially - about 50% of the planned amount, and on February 20.

This is not the first time the company has experienced delays. Earlier, employees reported problems with payments for November: they received only a partial advance, and their salaries were paid with a delay and in stages after the news broke.

"Zorya-Mashproekt, which is part of Ukroboronprom, is a strategic defense enterprise. However, its employees are once again facing delays in payments even during the war.

As Intent previously wrote, the heads of the state enterprise Zorya-Mashproekt seized funds worth $71.6 million.

On March 18, 2024, the NABU and the SAPO completed an investigation into the misappropriation of funds by the state-owned enterprise Zorya Gas Turbine Research and Production Complex Mashproekt, which exported its own products abroad.

On September 26, 2023, the NABU and the SAPO, with the operational support of the Strategic Investigations Department of the National Police, served suspicion notices:

They were charged with Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The ex-director of the state enterprise and the head of a non-resident private company were charged with Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Another ex-director of the SOE was charged under Part 2 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
