(Yuriy Andrienko, deputy mayor of Mykolaiv:)

More than a million hryvnias of income for the year, a salary with a pension, and property purchased before the great war - Yuriy Andrienko, deputy mayor of Mykolaiv, has released his declaration for 2025. The document contains no business assets, but a full list of real estate, cars, and official income.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations.

Deputy Mayor of Mykolaiv Yurii Andrienko declared an income exceeding one million hryvnias in 2025. His income came from both his salary as a member of the executive committee and pension payments. In addition to his income, the declaration lists real estate and a car purchased before the full-scale invasion.

The document states that Andrienko continues to work in the structure of the city council and belongs to the third category of officials. Among the declared property is a share in a 60.9-square-meter apartment in Mykolaiv, which the family purchased in 2002. The official himself owns 25% of this apartment, while other shares are registered in the names of his relatives. He is also the owner of a 45.6-square-meter garage purchased in 2005 and a 1,000-square-meter land plot in the village of Matiyasove, Mykolaiv region.

The declaration also includes a 2012 Ford Kuga car, which Andrienko purchased in 2013 for 255.9 thousand hryvnias.

His total income for the past year amounted to more than one million hryvnias, of which the largest share - 941,444 hryvnias - is the salary in the executive committee. Additionally, the official received UAH 132,468 in pension and UAH 2,500 in financial aid from the trade union.

At the same time, the declaration contains no information on securities, corporate rights, valuable movable property or construction in progress. Family members were not listed as subjects of the declaration. There is also no information on the official's foreign citizenship or residence permits outside Ukraine.

Also, Mykhailo Lynetskyi, the first deputy head of Kherson MVA, showed that his salary and compensation for 2025 is only a part of his financial income. The declaration also includes residential buildings, land plots, a car, and a share in a shopping and entertainment center.
