The head of the Tauride MBA disclosed his wealth

Mykola Rizak, head of the Tavriya City Military Administration of the Kakhovka district, has reported his income and assets for 2025. The relevant data appeared in the official's annual declaration.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations.

According to the declaration, Mykola Rizak is registered in the city of Tavriysk, Kakhovka district, Kherson region, which has been under Russian occupation since 2022. The official currently lives in Kryvyi Rih , Dnipro region.

Together with his wife, Aza Rizak, he owns several properties in Nova Kakhovka and Tavriysk.

Net worth and real estate

The head of the MBA owns a residential building (80 square meters) and a land plot (438 square meters) in Nova Kakhovka, as well as a 119 square meter apartment in Tavriysk. The official's wife owns a shop in Nova Kakhovka (over 105 square meters) and a land plot of 1000 square meters. In addition, the family rents a small plot of land from Tavriya City Council.

As for the vehicle fleet, Mykola Rizak declared only an old Volkswagen Transporter minibus made in 1997, purchased in 2010. The official also remains the owner of a significant stake in Novokakhovka Processed Cheese Plant PJSC (9,939 shares).

Family income

In 2025, the main source of family income was Mykola Rizak 's salary as the head of the military administration, which amounted to UAH 1,086,188.

He also received UAH 182,163 in pension. His wife , Aza Rizak, received more than UAH 72,000 in pension and UAH 20,000 in social benefits as an internally displaced person. For comparison, in 2024, the total family income amounted to about UAH 1.2 million.

Meanwhile, Valentyna Pokotylova, the head of the Kherson District Council, owns several houses, land plots in the Zaliznyi Port resort, and more than a thousand square meters of non-residential real estate.
