Land at the resort and several houses: declaration of the head of Kherson district council

The head of the Kherson District Council , Valentyna Pokotylova, has published her declaration for 2025. In the document, she listed several houses, land plots in the Zaliznyi Port resort, and more than a thousand square meters of non-residential real estate.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the official' s declaration.

According to the declaration, the largest property of the official is a residential building in Zaliznyi Port with an area of 824.9 square meters, which has been in her ownership since 2011. In the same village, she owns another residential building with an area of 250.4 square meters.

In addition to the houses, Pokotylova declared four plots of land in a resort village on the Black Sea coast. Their area is 1408, 1360, 1514, and 179 square meters.

The declaration also includes a 252-square-meter residential building in Kherson, which the official purchased in 2021.

In addition to residential real estate, the head of the district council declared a non-residential building with an area of 1024 square meters in the village of Shepiivka, Vinnytsia region. At the time of purchase in 2018, its value was UAH 95 thousand.

As for her income, in 2025 Valentyna Pokotylova received UAH 293 thousand in salary from the Kherson District Council. She also declared UAH 282 thousand of pension.

At the same time, the declaration does not include any vehicles, cash savings or valuable movable property.

Among her financial liabilities, the official listed a loan of $6,400, which was received in 2008.

Also, the declaration does not list family members.

Earlier, the head of the Skadovsk City Military Administration Serhiy Kukhta submitted his annual declaration for 2025. The document was published in the register of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

According to the declaration, the official and his family own residential real estate in Odesa and Kherson, as well as land plots in the Kherson region.
