In Kherson, the leadership of the UWA earned almost 2 million: who earned the most

The salaries of the leadership of the Kherson Regional Military Administration for February 2026 have been published. Prokudin and his deputies received more than UAH 1.7 million in salaries.

The largest amount was paid to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration , Oleksandr Prokudin, in the amount of UAH 328,221. His salary consisted of a base salary (UAH 196.7 thousand), a salary for a special rank (UAH 2.4 thousand), a seniority bonus (UAH 99.6 thousand) and a surcharge for access to state secrets (UAH 29.5 thousand).

The first deputy head of the RSA, Dmytro Butriy, received UAH 286.6 thousand. His salary included his official salary (UAH 182.5 thousand), longevity allowance (UAH 76.7 thousand) and additional payment for access to state secrets (UAH 27.4 thousand).

The deputy head of the regional state administration Volodymyr Kliutsevskyi received UAH 275.3 thousand, of which UAH 183.5 thousand was his official salary and UAH 91.8 thousand was a longevity allowance.

Another deputy head of the administration, Yevhen Ihnatenko, received UAH 212.9 thousand. His salary consisted of a base salary (UAH 169.2 thousand), a special rank salary (UAH 1.1 thousand) and a seniority bonus (UAH 42.6 thousand).

Deputy Head of the Regional State Administration Olha Maliarchuk received UAH 188.9 thousand. Of this amount, UAH 152.4 thousand was her official salary, UAH 13.7 thousand was a seniority bonus, and another UAH 22.9 thousand was a supplement for access to state secrets.

The deputy head of the regional state administration , Anton Samoilenko, received UAH 160.5 thousand. His salary included a base salary (UAH 146.6 thousand), a seniority bonus (UAH 8.8 thousand), and a surcharge for access to state secrets (UAH 5.1 thousand).

Another deputy head of the administration , Oleksandr Tolokonnikov, received UAH 137.2 thousand, of which UAH 125.9 thousand was his official salary and UAH 11.3 thousand was a longevity allowance.

Oleh Yaroshak, the Chief of Staff of Kherson Regional State Administration, was paid UAH 139.9 thousand. His salary consisted of a base salary (UAH 107.4 thousand), a rank supplement (UAH 350), and a seniority bonus (UAH 32.2 thousand).
