Vitaliy Korolenko, a member of the Korabelnyi District Council of Kherson, declared a plot of land near Kyiv for a symbolic UAH 8100. While the land near the capital costs thousands of dollars, the son of the regional hospital CEO was able to register 131 square meters for the price of an average smartphone. At the same time, the house itself on this plot cost the elected official a million hryvnias.

This is evidenced by his declaration for 2025.

It is noteworthy that the official income of the deputy head of the legal department of Kherson State University last year amounted to UAH 428,400 in salary and about UAH 60,000 in pension. His family helped the MP to solve the issue of buying expensive real estate near the capital: in 2025, Vitalii Korolenko declared receiving a loan of UAH 1.4 million from his mother, Halyna Korolenko.

Vitaliy Korolenko is the son of Viktor Korolenko, CEO of the Kherson Regional Hospital and a member of the regional council. He was elected to the district council in 2020 from the Servant of the People party, has a lawyer's certificate and is a co-founder of Carlyle LLC.

Earlier, it also became known that Olena Shchablevska, the prosecutor of the Peresypskyi District Prosecutor's Office in Odesa, repeatedly indicated in her declarations the apartments she received as a gift from her mother. The total declared value of this housing exceeds UAH 1.3 million.

Shchablevska filed her first declaration in 2015 as a prosecutor of the Kalynivka Local Prosecutor's Office in Vinnytsia Oblast. At that time, she reported only a salary of UAH 90.3 thousand, a UAH 300 bonus, and UAH 3.5 thousand in child benefits. She did not declare any movable or immovable property.
