Deputy of Odesa regional TCC hides five cars and three houses

Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation served a notice of suspicion in absence to the former deputy head of the Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Manning and Social Support of illicit enrichment and legalization of property.

This was reported by the SBI press service.

According to the investigation, during 2020-2022, the official acquired assets totaling more than UAH 37.7 million and, in order to conceal the real owner, the property was registered in the names of close relatives - his wife, mother, mother-in-law and grandmother.

The official income of the official did not allow for such purchases. In addition, he organized the acquisition and use of property for which the actual circumstances indicate its criminal origin, and intentionally entered false information in the declaration for 2023.

The former official was served in absence with a notice of suspicion of illicit enrichment, organization of legalization of property obtained by criminal means, and declaration of false information.

The mother of the military officer's wife was also served with a notice of suspicion of assisting in the legalization of the proceedings of crime and using a knowingly forged document.
