Since the beginning of 2026, the Executive Committee of Kherson City Council has been actively spending money on fuel, digital services, utilities, equipment, and household needs. The most expensive areas were procurement of fuel, energy, and IT services.

Intent analyzed the largest procurements of the department through the Zakupivli.pro platform. It is worth noting that the analysis is based on the expected cost of procurement, as the initial price may decrease during auctions.

In January, the executive committee's expenditures were mostly administrative and utility expenses. The largest purchases included electricity distribution for over UAH 120,000, support for a global email service for UAH 96,000, and mail forwarding services for almost UAH 65,000. The funds were also spent on packages with the city council logo, access to HR platforms, gas supply, security services, garbage collection, and car insurance.

In February, procurement volumes increased significantly. The most expensive procurement was for Euro-5 diesel fuel worth over UAH 2.38 million. Separately, the executive committee announced a tender for vehicle repair and maintenance for UAH 300,000.

In addition, they purchased souvenirs with Kherson symbols, attributes of the award "For the Defense and Liberation of Kherson," LIGA360 information services, secure digital communication channels, cryptographic information protection, and various electrical materials, from cables to circuit breakers.

March was a month of active spending on informatization and technical support for the work of the Executive Committee. In particular, the procurement of LIGA360 information services was announced twice - for UAH 279 thousand each, although some tenders did not take place.

They also procured diesel fuel, maintenance of office equipment, IS-PRO software, training in working with state registers and access to video communication systems for people with hearing impairments. At the same time, we purchased souvenirs, frames for gratitude, brochures and household goods.

In April, the focus shifted to technical equipment and fuel. The executive committee purchased video surveillance equipment, network switches, hard drives, HDMI switches, paper for electronic queue terminals and presentation stands.

Separate items included the purchase of diesel fuel for over UAH 186 thousand and sets of the Kherson Unbreakable commemorative award for UAH 133 thousand. There was also a tender for the purchase of electricity for almost 884 thousand hryvnias, but it did not take place.

In May, the executive committee continued to spend money on fuel, electricity and office equipment. In particular, they announced the purchase of A-95 gasoline for almost 300 thousand hryvnias, electricity distribution for more than 297 thousand hryvnias, and ink for printers for more than 43 thousand hryvnias. In addition, shredders and laptop repair services were purchased.

In total, from January to May 2026, the amount of procurement by the executive committee of Kherson City Council amounted to at least over UAH 10.2 million. The largest share of expenditures was made for fuel, energy, information services and technical equipment.

Also in 2026, the Department of Municipal Economy of Kherson City Council regularly purchased both basic services and small household goods. As a result, more than half a million hryvnias in five months was spent by the institution on utilities, fuel, security, car repairs, and even an electric kettle.
