This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Dream ecosystem.

It is planned to reconstruct the building of preschool educational institution No. 52 with thermal sanitation. The goal of the project is to maintain optimal temperature conditions and reduce heating costs.

According to the project description, the thermal modernization of the kindergarten building involves maintaining an optimal temperature regime that is important for the health and comfort of children. According to sanitary standards, the temperature in the premises should be between +19-23°C. This is especially true during the cold season, when it is important to keep warm.
