In 2025, the Kherson Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine made procurement purchases worth more than UAH 14.7 million. Most of the money was spent on repairing the shelter, modernizing buildings and paying for energy.

Intent analyzed the largest transactions using the Izi.trade system.

In 2025, the Kherson Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine spent the largest amounts of the budget on construction work, energy, and infrastructure upgrades.

The leader among the expenses was the current repair of the shelter, for which UAH 6.3 million was allocated. The second largest purchase was the replacement of metal-plastic windows, which cost more than 2.5 million. Another 876 thousand was allocated to install manual shutters. Taken together, these works demonstrate the emphasis on modernizing the building premises and protecting them.

Part of the budget was also allocated for energy resources. More than UAH 846 thousand was allocated for the purchase of natural gas, UAH 684.7 thousand for heat supply services, and UAH 582 thousand for electricity distribution. Another UAH 92.7 thousand was spent on gas distribution services. Thus, the Laboratory Center has allocated over UAH 2.2 million for energy alone.

It is worth noting procurement related to medical activities. In March 2025, the center allocated UAH 136.5 thousand for PCR test kits, which is an important part of laboratory testing. In addition, more than 53 thousand were spent on the purchase of various medical equipment, and more than 76 thousand on glass laboratory glassware.

Thus, the institution allocated the largest resources to strengthen security and infrastructure, as well as to support key laboratory processes. This indicates a dual priority: on the one hand, creating conditions for staff protection, and on the other hand, ensuring proper work in the field of epidemiological control. In 2025, the Kherson Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine spent about UAH 14.7 million on the most expensive procurement.

Also, since the beginning of the year, Kherson Regional Hospital has spent more than UAH 13 million, of which almost 80% was spent on the purchase of medicines. The largest amounts were spent on contracts for the supply of pharmaceutical products and medical materials.
