In Mykolaiv, a company with an impeccable reputation was awarded the contract for solar panels

In Mykolaiv, a contract for the installation of solar panels was signed for more than six million. The selected contractor has been involved in journalistic and criminal investigations.

This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro electronic public procurement system.

It is planned to install solar panels in the production facilities of the water treatment plant. The contractor has six months to complete all the electrical work and install the stations. The customer for the work was the municipal utility Mykolaivvodokanal. The expected value of the procurement was over UAH 7 million.

The auction was held on November 18, and there were three bidders. Svetolux-Electromontazh won the contract with the lowest bid of UAH 6 million 390 thousand.

The selected contractor must complete the work by May 30, 2025.

According to the online analytical system YouControl, the company was registered in 2000 with a registered capital of 680 thousand hryvnias. The owner of the company is Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Gomziakov. The main KVED of the company is electrical work.

The company owns three cars - Volkswagen, Lexus, BMW and one trailer - Odyssey. It also holds 13 licenses.

Over the period of its operation, Svetolux-Electromontazh LLC has earned UAH 399 million 74 thousand 242 in public tenders. According to YouControl, in 2024, the company's income consisted only of public procurement. The customers of the works are utility companies, institutions, hospitals and educational institutions of the city.

According to a 2018 ruling of the Zavodskyi District Court of Mykolaiv, the company was involved in a case of a criminal organization created in 2016 by a deputy of the Mykolaiv City Council to commit crimes related to the misappropriation of budget funds.

He was also accused of bribing a prosecutor to close criminal proceedings and failing to detect other crimes related to the misappropriation of budget funds, forgery of official documents and overcharging for services under contractual agreements.

Recently, a former parliamentary candidate held a tender for fruit for Mykolaiv schools. The winner of the tender was Point Food LLC, which signed a contract for the supply of fruit worth 851 thousand hryvnias. The prices were too high, and this company also supplied the most expensive beef for customers in Mykolaiv and Odesa regions.

A tender for almost 17 million for the purchase of laptops for Mykolaiv educational institutions went to a company that had earned more than two hundred million in government tenders in two years. The winner was not the lowest bidder. According to the terms of the tender, the contractor is to provide 65 educational institutions in Mykolaiv with laptops.
