In Mykolaiv, a contractor has been selected to renovate the basement of Lyceum No. 38, which will be converted into a shelter for students and school staff. The Capital Construction Department of the Mykolaiv City Council conducted a procurement process to renovate part of the basement of Mykolaiv Lyceum No. 38. The winning bidder, TransBud-Yug Plus LLC, will receive 11.2 million hryvnias for the work.

The winner was selected through a non-competitive procurement process. The open bidding was canceled because no bids were submitted for participation in the open bidding by the deadline set by the contracting authority.

The project is fully funded from the local budget. Specifically, 3.3 million hryvnias were allocated directly from the local budget. An additional 7.8 million were funded through a subvention from the state budget to local budgets. The funds will be transferred to the contractor on a post-payment basis. According to the documents, the work must be completed by December 30, 2026.
