<span><span><span><span><span><span>The Volodymyrivka Village Council in the Bashtanka District of Mykolaiv Oblast has announced a tender for the renovation of a hotel building at a cost of 6,827,501 hryvnias. Work on developing the design and cost estimate documentation for this project last year cost 798,583.45 hryvnias. </span></span></span></span></span></span>

Specifically, two million hryvnias will be allocated from the local budget, and nearly six million from the state budget. Last year, the Volodymyrivka Village Council procured services for the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the “Major renovation of the hotel building located at 110 Tsentralna St.,Volodymyrivka, Bashtanka District, Mykolaiv Oblast.” This project was funded entirely from the local budget. The winner was selected as the limited liability company “Construction and Trading Company ‘GRANIT-V.’” The company was founded in 2018 and has a contribution to its authorized capital of four thousand hryvnias.
Previously, the municipal cultural institution “Mykolaiv Regional Local History Museum” announced a tender for routine repairs to the building’s facade worth over 500,000 hryvnias. During the full-scale war, the Mykolaiv Regional Local History Museum was shelled five times. The building was damaged, with the northern section suffering the most damage.
