In the temporarily occupied Crimea, 70% of heating networks are worn out and in need of urgent repair.

This was reported by Krym.Realii with reference to the occupation General Director of Krymteplocomunenergo Dmytro Prylipko.

The official said that the current heating season is "stable", but admitted that it is extremely difficult to prevent accidents due to the critical state of the infrastructure.

According to him, the Russian authorities plan to replace only 28 kilometers of networks, although according to the Ukrainian Center for National Resistance, 700 kilometers of pipes are in critical condition.

Last year, the occupiers renewed only 21 kilometers of heating networks, which is only 1% of the required amount of work.

Meanwhile, Mykolaiv is preparing to build a new heating network. More than three million out of the required four hundred have been raised.

It is planned to raise more than 385 million for the construction itself, and about 57 million for other capital expenditures. The expertise cost UAH 148,300.

Part of the funds for the construction, namely more than 3 million, was provided by the utility company Mykolaivoblteploenergo.

Also in 2024, an agreement for more than six million was signed with the Mykolaiv City Council's Capital Construction for technical supervision of the facility. In April, the company tried to hold an auction for more than 500 million, and even chose the winner of the procurement, the Energy BUD consortium, but the customer received complaints, and the decision to select a contractor was canceled. At the same time, the tender stated "lack of proposals" as the reason for the tender cancellation.

In 2023, the company was mentioned in a journalistic investigation regarding the completion of the mine. Since 2010, Naftogazmontazh LLC has earned UAH 1 billion 211 million 820 thousand 901 in public procurement.
