Svitlana Sydorovych, the head of the Kherson Tax Inspectorate, submitted a declaration when she resigned.

The document was published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC).

On January 20, Svitlana Sydorovych, who held the position of head of the Kherson State Tax Inspectorate as part of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Kherson Oblast, submitted her resignation declaration for the period from January 1 to December 23, 2024.

The document indicates that Svitlana Sydorovych owns two apartments in Kherson, one of which is 69.7 square meters and is owned by her as a joint fractional owner (20%) together with her husband (80%), and the other apartment of 40.5 square meters is jointly owned with several family members.

The declaration also states that she does not belong to persons holding responsible or particularly responsible positions and does not hold positions associated with a high level of corruption risks.

Additionally, the declaration contains information about the declarant's family members, including her husband and children.

Meanwhile, the head of the Municipal Guard of the Kherson City Council, Serhii Andriiev, has neither his own nor rented housing, but indicated a salary of UAH 34 million that he earned last year. The declaration contains only information about Andreev's income, which amounts to UAH 34 million 826 thousand 441, which is the amount of his salary for the past year. However, the official probably made a mistake.

In his declaration for 2022, the former head of the Borozensky Rural Military Administration in Kherson Oblast, Semen Moschenskyi, indicated inaccurate data on property and assets worth more than UAH 13 million. The NACP also found false information in the declaration of Yuriy Shumakher, who is a beneficiary of the Rostdorstroy road company and a member of the Odesa City Council from the Trust the Deeds faction.
